Free Shipping Policy: All purchases are shipped to you free of charge. Free shipping does not apply in the following cases
- You cancel your order after it has been shipped
- You refuse delivery
- You supply an incorrect or incomplete address
- Your package is returned to us after repeated delivery attempts
Armarkat Cat Furniture Shipping Policy/Schedule
Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer. Regular Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Generally, orders are shipped within two business days. All orders received after close of business Wednesday, through Sunday afternoon (Eastern Time), are usually shipped the following Monday. Your order should arrive in 1 to 6 business days from the day on which it is shipped
We do not require a signature for delivery. However, if the UPS driver determines that leaving the package unattended would be a security risk, UPS will require a signature. This is their decision and is out of our control. They will leave a notification on your door if a signature is required and you are not at home. They will make 3 attempts to get a signature before they return the package to us. Please see the note below regarding packages sent back to us. You can also telephone UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS with your tracking number to make delivery arrangements.
Replacement parts are generally shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Undercover Pet Houses Shipping Policy/Schedule
Undercover manufactures your item to order. Please allow up to 12 business days manufacturing time before your order is shipped. It will be shipped directly from their factory via FedEx ground.Shipping Errors
It is very rare, but since we are not perfect, sometimes we ship an incorrect item by mistake.
In those cases, simply notify us of the error, and we will have the item picked up and the correct item sent
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged item, just notify us within 5 business days, and we will ship a replacement for any piece that is damaged. We would appreciate it if you can email us a digital photo of the damage for quality control and/or UPS claims.
Returns
If, after receiving your order, you decide that you want to return it, we will be happy to accept a return, but a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in the original container, in new condition. You are responsible for having the item shipped back to us. Please contact us (not the manufacturer) via phone or email within 15 days of delivery to get a Return Authorization and return address.
In order to make sure you receive credit promptly, we also ask that you
send us the tracking number when you ship your return. We don't
recommend using the US Postal Service, as they are quite a bit more
expensive, don't insure the item, and don't have a real tracking
system.
Exchanges
Sorry, because of the shipping issues and restocking fees involved, we don't do exchanges.
